Scotland mostly - through nsl4u

Heading home towards the Bridge, I noted a big boat coming down slowly
towards the bridge....
Off around to Bowling to get some shots then!

It was a magical 20 minutes with the three tugs in attendance....the first
two cast free and leading the way for the captain or first officer to follow
their course.
The retainer was giving resistance from the stern and the picture shows how
it was being thrust sideways in drag....

As the ship came past and headed down the estuary, I hope for some of that
silver magic and was rewarded handsomely....

Bowling at it's best...the end point on the western side of the country
linking the Forth in the east all the way through ..of course also linking
the Union Canal which joins at Falkirk at the world famous Millennium
Wheel...a fantastically unique bit of engineering lifting barged, boats and
water through the 120 feet (or so) height differential...

The Bowling Loch and marina are lovely places with a calm air about them.
