Scotland mostly - through nsl4u

My better half and 'Man's Best Friend' took a great day out to do this
favourite walk from Loch Venachar up to the beautiful Ben Venue summit.
Views are spectacular to Loch Katrine on a good day as is the fantastic wide
panorama in all directions. Due south is the obvious 'knoll-peak' of
Dumgoyne, and The Cobbler is also quite readily picked out on zoom view.
Anyway the wee man had a ball as always (still loves the water and 'dookin'
for stanes'), and took an interest in the wild goats...a canny herd that
we've not seen before...a pretty proud and fearless bunch..but with 'big
billies about' why should you be...?!! Hairy boy was interested and not
overly bold.

Met a few others out, and some from Trossachs Hotel side and others like us
from the bottom park at the farm road.

A decent trail (some bits very muddy in the forest-woodlands section, but
lots good, especially higher).
Ona local highly recommended list.
