nsl = 'nihil sine labore' = no reward without effort - the motto above the portico of the Elderslie Library in Govan, Glasgow; also the motto of that wonderful athletics club Shettleston Harriers who celebrated their centenary (in 2004 - John Cairney; John Mackay). I love the outdoors and like to stay busy. Hoping the content of this humble blog gives you some enjoyment.
A personal treat that will remain in my deep memory. No language connection,
just a demonstration of skill, and my bystanding acknowledgment of an honest
man with a dedicated 'well-being' routine, so proudly displayed.
