Bell's smokery

With some kennel wood left-overs and a fair bit more spent (not meant!!) the
outcome is a dunny for doing the meats and cheeses with hot or cold
smoking...we shall see!

Hi L, ..thinking about it sending your Atlantic char / salmon or whatever over here would likely be worse to start with? The postie might not mind the smell or Arbroath at the top of the list, but 'high raw fish' might not be handle-able??!!!
