The Black Cart Water draws birds, and I was lucky to see a few geese
gathered for a social, and a few late arrivals coming in to join the gaggle.
The planes were running into the cold northerly - off to Iceland, down to
England and also presumably to the UAE, no doubt with stops to maximise on
seat occupancies.
