Run route 10-01-10
Not sure what the distance would be, but maybe 8 miles and I'd think about
1000 feet climbed.
(1 hour 40 running and shuffling say, allowing for pictures time).

nsl = 'nihil sine labore' = no reward without effort - the motto above the portico of the Elderslie Library in Govan, Glasgow; also the motto of that wonderful athletics club Shettleston Harriers who celebrated their centenary (in 2004 - John Cairney; John Mackay).
