Torrance district 14/06/09
day...Squalls falling in the west eventually chased us.... and we got
'damp', no I should say 'soaking feet' more through trudging long pasture,
because we had had good shelter for 15 minutes under thick beeches.
The watery Sun highlighted the city below, especially the high-rise flats.
Then the pall of black smoke gave way to white stuff...to my mind a sure
sign of a car that had been pinched then set alight as wanton miscreants
do....
An enjoyable and mixed 3 hours.
