Going into the SECC, I saw the river was dead still and the Waverley Paddle
Steamer was moored by the Science Centre, with attendant Millennium Tower,
over on the Govan side of the River Clyde.

A few other things happened that called for some interesting shots. The air
ambulance helicopter. The Police river motor launch doing the bank rounds,
to see if there was anything untoward on the River - a daily and sometimes
tragic routine. The launch of course rippled the water for a long time.

The show was good, with lots to see and very well supported, so the monies
taken would be welcome I'm sure. Lots of interest in tow vans, mobile homes
and grand bungalow statics...lots of dosh to do deals on these.
