Collecting Bailey then onto Meikle Bin 081118
around and a few hardy folks out making the most of it.
Northern views take in Flanders Moss, and Ben Lomond, westwards. Further up
you should see Bens Vane and Venue, then over towards Ben Ledi and Stuc a
Chroin/ Ben Vorlich pair slightly eastwards. Right away north I think Ben
More and Stobinian maybe, and far off slightly left Ben Lui.
The turbines are just north of Carron Valley reservoir and then north again
towards Doune.
Me wee pal was ever interested, and the best fun bit going up was he'd
disappear, then come blasting down the hill missing me by inches, rapid turn
then dive back up through my legs....wild or what?!
I tried to get him ''hup'' onto the trig but he wasn't sure about the leap
onto it, though he was keen. I gave him a lift and he wasn't too keen,
though did stay to command, err, reluctantly!
Next blog entry gives him down in the burn on the way home...
