Tall Ship, Pole Star, Switzer Mallaig, and Police launch 13/10/08
nice early morning mood with a few folks on the prow and no doubt readying
for sail (not yet 14th...).
I thought the Knapp buoy was a good subject, all spruced up and ready to go
into some decently rough Winter weather somewhere...?
A bit of fresh air on a Monday lunch walk-out...and true to form many times,
the 'river springs into life'! I liked the way the boats ploughed into the
decent swell coming in from the estuary and tried repeatedly to get the
plumes of spray captured.....
A lovely fresh day and great benefit from the 20 minutes walk, even though
it was 'a piece on the hoof'!
