This was an early afternoon 'fresh-air break'...lots going on and the Big One is well covered in the next blog entry - Grand Princess.
However, even at 2 pm there was lots going on ...eider ducks and the male 'ay-ooo' call and standing on tails to show off, and squabble over the mottled brown girls!
There's a container ship lying off as the berth of the Princess is waiting to be freed up....see later.

There was a bit of magic in the air..such mighty liners do not dock too often; apart from the often early morning coming alongside, there's always anticipation of her sailing off into the West down the estuary.

A bright, airy and lovely Summer's day.
