First good weekend of February 08 in Cumbria

                                     
Went down to Wigtown for a couple of days and this was a few of the local rural setting.
I have some to come from the coast out towards Silloth. A very nice district of easy-to-reach contrasts. Not the grandeur of the radially drained domed plateau of the mountains and fells, but has it's own character without the affluence of the tourists' money.
Well worth a visit, as is it's sister side over on the Galloway coast.
